Poops (Koops to Lucah), is the second partner you receive in Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door. Lucahjin voices Koops in a sickly and soft voice.

Description

Poops is a shy and socially awkward Koopa who's ability is similar to Pooper in Paper Mario, but when pressing x, you can hold Poops's shell in place so you can run around. This ability is mostly used for solving puzzles.

In Battle

During a battle Poops can perform a variety of moves.

Shell Toss (0 FP) - Fires his shell at an enemy.
Power Shell (3 FP) - Fires faster at all enemies.
Shell Shield (4 FP) - Protect Mario from 7 points of damage. (First Upgrade)
Shell Slam (6 FP) - Attacks all ground enemies and penetrate their defense (Second Upgrade)

Poops also has a +1 defense of himself in battle, however, he can be knocked over and unable to do anything, just like other Koopas.
